“This anti-Hamas billboard on Route 80 in Bogota, NJ resulted in more than 100 calls to police before it was taken down by organizers,” Shlomo Schorr, associate director of the New Jersey office of Agudath Israel of America, posted on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter).
NY Post (h/t Nita) The sign was reportedly put up by the organization JewBelong, which “calls out Jew-hate,” according to its website.
Bogota police said they knew about the sign and there were no criminal violations related to it, NJ Advance Media reported.
“Our police department works closely with county, state and federal agencies to ensure the safety of our community,” the department said in a Facebook post, noting it had no control over the sign because it was private property. “There have been no threats to our community and we are investigating the matter to ensure all community members remain safe.”

Another of JewBelong’s billboards, which is in California, was recently graffitied.
The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism posted a photo of the sign on X, which said, “We’re just 75 years since the gas chambers. So no, a billboard calling out antisemitism isn’t an overreaction.”
This organization had me, then lost me after backing away from the anti-Semitic trolls who wanted these nuggets of truth silenced.
Just goes to show you that reporting on the cold, hard facts about Islamic Jew-hatred to the red-green alliance is like garlic to a vampire. 🧄🧛🏻♂️
If JewBelong was truly dedicated to getting their message across, they would respond with MORE signs (preferably out-of-reach from would-be vandals.)
The mere fact this is controversial to support civilized people over savages who murder children and babies in the most inhuman way possible.
(At least the red-green alliance is showing their colors now more than any time in history; we should take advantage of this opening to offend them at every turn with the truth.)
This is the first I ever heard of them. I would love to create some signs for them. After all, I was a creative director in some major ad agencies most of my life.
But that was back in the day when there was subtle humor in commercials, not like the in-your-face, loud and obnoxious stuff you see on TV today. I created all the Jack Klugman (from ‘The Odd Couple’ TV show) commercials for Canon copiers. And I was the only one in the agency who he would let write copy for him. He also owned horses, so we had a lot in common. He invited me to see his ranch when we were shooting commercials in California.

The organizer should not have caved. I am sure he expected some protest. If he must take his signs down then the muslims should not be allowed to have their protests. No double standards!
I don’t understand why the ORGANIZERS took this sign down over a measly 100+ protests. . Doesn’t make sense The sentiment expressed is 100% correct. Jihadis focus on the Jews, but also attack Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, etc, etc.
