This reminds me of the debates between William Shockley (the Nobel Prize laureate who co-invented the transistor) and Shirley Chisholm, the black woman from NYC that was elected to Congress. Whether or not one agrees with Shockley’s views on eugenics and the intellectual inferiority of blacks, the eloquent Shockley dominated every debate with Chiholm; it wasn’t even close.
Here, Douglas Murray is eloquent and correct in his view. In contrast, the Muzzie is ignorant of the facts and when he starts losing, he falls back on ad hominem attacks on Murray and the world. Note that it is a lot easier to debate when one has a correct point of view, but a skilled orator can nonetheless seemingly make a very good case to an unsophisticated audience.
