As a sitting congresswoman, one would think Ilhan Omar, an immigrant from Somalia, would have made some attempt to assimilate into American culture. That concept, however, is wholly lost on Omar, who has time and time again expressed anti-American sentiments in favor of her Somali background.
The BLAZE – Dave Rubin In the course of her recent speech, she assured her mostly Somali audience that she is “Somali first, Muslim second.” She also told them that they could “sleep in comfort knowing I am here to protect the interests of Somalia from inside the U.S. system.”
She also claimed that her true president is the president of Somalia. “Our president, the president of Somalia — President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud — let us give him a warm welcome, Minneapolis!” Omar announced to a cheering crowd. “The president and I have a special relationship. I call him uncle, and he calls me his girl. Welcome to your home; our home is your home. … We are very happy that Hassan is our president. Somalia is our home. It is home to all the people gathered here.
This isn’t the only time Omar has boldly prioritized Somalia above the United States. She also recently went viral for claiming that “it’s the Somalians’ job in the United States to make America work for Somalia.”
To see more of Omar’s speech, watch the clip below.
The BLAZE – MATT O’BRIEN DALE L. WILCOX Prominent Republicans immediately began calling for Omar’s expulsion from Congress, denaturalization, and deportation. And rightly so — the last thing our country needs is a Manchurian candidate serving the interests of an unstable terror haven like Somalia from within the U.S. Congress.
But are Omar’s statements actionable? The answer to that question is complex.
The Immigration and Nationality Act does allow foreign nationals to be stripped of their citizenship in certain very limited circumstances. Aliens who have committed certain acts (obtaining naturalization through fraud; declaring allegiance to a foreign state; bearing arms against the U.S.; committing treason, etc.) may be tried before a federal court and stripped of their citizenship. This process is known as “denaturalization.”
So where does that leave Omar, who has an established track record of anti-American utterances and who sometimes seems to be working harder on behalf of vicious terror groups like al-Shabab and Hamas than she does for the American people?
There certainly is a plausible argument that what Omar said violates the oath of allegiance she took when being naturalized. That pledge begins, “I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen …”
The oath concludes with a statement that the individual takes “this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.” And Omar’s statements do seem to indicate that she held mental reservations with regard to the vows she was taking.
But a confusing tangle of complex judicial decisions and executive-branch policies have made it increasingly difficult to take citizenship away from those who should never have been naturalized in the first place.
As of now, we have no proof that Omar has engaged in acts like passing classified information to Somalia or to Somalian terror groups.
Thus, any reviewing court is likely construe very broadly any statements that Omar is “Somali first” or that she will “protect” the “interests of Somalia,” as political speech protected under the First Amendment that cannot serve as a basis for denaturalization. And, in any case, the Biden administration, with whom Omar is ideologically aligned, is unlikely to take any legal action against her.
A more promising avenue of stripping Omar of her citizenship might be the ongoing claims that she committed fraud to aid a relative in gaining access to the United States.
She has been accused of marrying Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who is allegedly her brother — while still legally married to her first husband — in order to obtain a green card for him. Omar has publicly claimed Elmi is not her sibling, but she has never provided any documentation or other information that would put the matter to rest.
If the allegations are true, then Omar is guilty of incest, bigamy, and immigration fraud. A conviction for any of those three offenses would likely render her subject to expulsion from Congress, denaturalization, rescission of her green card, and deportation from the United States. But, while the FBI has purportedly looked into these issues, the bureau hasn’t revealed any of its findings.
And, once again, it appears unlikely that the Biden administration is willing either to pursue these kinds of charges or aid state authorities in levying them.
By any reasonable measure, Ilhan Omar has shown repeatedly that she neither likes nor respects the nation that welcomed her family as refugees and presented her with a path to success. As such, it is reasonable to conclude that she ran for Congress either to further her own interests or to further the interests of her beloved Somalia — a nation riddled with terrorists from al-Shabab, one of the world’s most dangerous jihadist groups.
Accordingly, Ilhan Omar’s case should serve as a cautionary tale for American lawmakers and jurists. Rendering it virtually impossible to denaturalize foreigners who never deserved U.S. citizenship in the first place is disaster waiting to happen. When you hand the Visigoths the keys to the gates of Rome, the empire will inevitably fall. But that still doesn’t stop Congress from expelling her.
The Daily Reports A dependable whistle blower has revealed that U.S. Minnesota Congresswoman Representative Ilhan Omar is keeping an eye on America for an outside government, it has been demonstrated that Omar passed delicate data that was handed-off to Iran, and got financing by a remote government, citing a sworn affidavit by a Canadian specialist in a Florida court.
This allegations exuded from a video connect declaration from Toronto Canada to a Florida District Court on the 23rd of Oct. Kuwaiti-conceived informant Alan Bender professes to have ties with governments and illustrious authorities over the Middle East including Qatar.
The informant included that he met Qatar’s Secretary to the Emir for Security Affairs Mohammad canister Ahmed receptacle Abdullah al-Masnad and two other senior Qatari authorities who are connected to Congresswoman Omar.
The informant likewise guaranteed that once the Minnesota Congresswoman got down to business, she utilized her situation in the House of Representatives to get to delicate data which she handed-off to Qatar, and through them to Iran, Omar is even a mystery operator, its all creation sense at long last, her preparation with a Somali war has been setting up her for this.

Shit begets shit. Somalia is shit, so is she. Our country is really weak if we can’t get rid of a POS.

The answer is YES they can take her naturalized citizenship. When you have this then any crime or bad sayings can get you thrown out. I myself know a man that was over 18 years in the States and as soon as he got in trouble (no big crime) he was stripped of the naturalized citizenship. So the answer is Yes but the rest of the 100% special demorats wont and dont want to so the answer is no. With politicians like these we win what..yep the destruction of all we know.
andre says
Wasn’t there immigration fraud when she married her brother? She probably could be kicked out if we had a real opposition party.
JohnfromJamestowne says
I think the answer is technically yes, but it might be easier to go after the immigration fraud.
BLR says
Hmm ! Omar , Obama , Obama , Omar something catchy about the sounding of them names I will think more on it .

“Islam is not here to assimilate, but to dominate”. Sometimes worded as follows, “Islam is not here to be equal, but to dominate”.
This is is soft Jihad and as long as it works, they will continue. Should they reach any resistance, then it is time for “Jihad”.
Adam says
Only you can as nd have understood Islam as is and the intentions. Of its followers. The entire West is in pitch black darkness. Creating conflict between Ukraine and Russia to distract westerners from resisting colonizAtion of the West and purposefully facilitating Islam’s job to crush western people. Hell on Earth. Do we need hell. Never has humanity seen such self hatred and self destruction.
Is this a punishment from the great spirit.
BareNakedIslam says
You are right, Adam. But I have to make an exception for the readers of this blog for the past 15 years. We are not in the dark.

Her public statements are in breach of her oath of office and her oath upon naturalization. The US has no standing in her political/legal conscience. She is truly a Somali muslim who just happens to be here & in her position by fraud & connivance. How islamic! She married her brother to obtain US citizenship. That’s immigration fraud. It may also violate state level levels on marriage. She is by admission a foreign implant and agent who is hostile to this country & supports terrorism against the US & the west. Every resource of government must be mobilized to remove her from Congress & also to deport her back to her beloved Somalia.
BareNakedIslam says
Actually I think she married her brother so HE could stay in this country legally. But either way, it is fraud.
Daniel Erbstoesser says
No matter then to marry your relativ is not allowed and unholy. That should and is enough to throw her ass out but the special demorats wont and they will make sure that she staysso that she can do good for who was it…its definetly not you or America. What i dont understand is that she is sitll with us here and that in a country where the carrying of weapons is allowed, i just dont understand.
jarmanray says
I hate to say it but nothing will happen to this incestuous piece of fecal matter. At most she will be thrown out of Congress by another Democrat. I am not sure if even a Trump administration would toss her out.
Rebel Patriot says
I wish I were wrong. But, I do not think the Republican politicians have the courage to do anything to Ilhan Omar. Would not want to upset our muslim Somalian population. They might do some kind of “Somalian Lives Matter” thing.
Oh, and FJB and BHO!
Tim h says
Deport omar back to the shit hole she came from. And with the money she has made give to her local food banks
Catweasel says
Deport hell – take her for a long, one way ride in the country. Would save a lot of money on deporting her….
SC says
She can be stripped of her citizenship. If I remember correctly USCIS tried to do the same thing to a granny because she lied on an immigration form about having smoked pot before she migrated.
Stewart - South Africa says
It appears to me that she can be stripped of her citizenship, which she obtained, I presume, through naturalisation. She would surely have had to take an oath of allegiance and she has no clearly betrayed that oath!
Taffy says
Also, there was immigration fraud on her application and that of her brother, claiming they were married.
Daniel Erbstoesser says
Naturalized citizenship is given after living (i think) 5 years in the States without any crimminal activities, it comes quietly then you dont know that you got it until you commit a crime then you see what you have had but lost. This only when the gov. wants to and as i see it the demorats wont and dont want to. Dont get upset then the same but way worse is happening in my country, germany. There they dont even have to speak our language or to be able to support themselves, no matter the german pass is theirs in 3-5 years. Germany has had in jan. alone over 27.000 newbees and germany has given family visas in the number of 137.000 and that means that a whole family comes and that 137.000 times and that in only one year, not to mention the 1.000 that come daily and the ones that are neing flown in. How long will this go without burgerwar or worse.
