‘CALIPHORNIA’ Muslim professor who killed a Jewish man at an anti-Hamas demonstration gets a slap on the wrist from the judge

10 days after the Hamas slaughter of Israelis on October 7, 2023, Jordanian-born Loay Abdel Fattah Alnaji, 53, shared a video on Instagram comparing Hamas to future “civil rights heroes.” 19 days later, Alnaji killed Paul Kessler, a 69-year-old Jewish man attending an anti-Hamas protest in Thousand Oaks, by bashing him in the head with a megaphone, for waving an Israeli flag. Kessler fell, striking his head on the pavement, and later dying of his injuries.

It took 11 days for police to even arrest him. Now California calls his sentence of probation and up to one year in county jail “justice.” Shame. The DA asked for a much longer jail sentence. Jewish groups expressed dismay over a light sentence given to a man who killed a Jewish protester in Thousand Oaks, Ventura County, northwest of Los Angeles, in November 2023.

Jewish Breaking News Loay Abdel Fattah Alnaji, 53, was sentenced Tuesday to one year of prison time minus two days for time already served and two years of probation after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony battery causing serious bodily injury.

Joshua Burt, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League’s Central Pacific Region, said “We are deeply disappointed by the lenient sentence handed down to Paul Kessler’s killer,” Burt said. He criticized the judge, who he said did not appear bothered by the enormity of Alnaji’s crime.

“Our system of justice needed to send a strong message here,” he added. “Instead, the message being sent is that you can get away with attacking someone in broad daylight because you disagree with their opinions, especially if it involves feelings about Israel.”

During a time of an “unprecedented surge in antisemitism,” California recorded more than 800 anti-Jewish incidents in 2025,

The disturbingly lenient sentence for Loay Abdel Fattah Alnaji … emboldens would-be perpetrators of antisemitic aggression,” Alyza Lewin from the Combat Antisemitism Movement said. “I fear it is only a matter of time before more Jews like Paul Kessler pay the price.”

        Have you heard of the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America)? They seem to be hard core Marxists that are hollowing out the Commiecrat party while hijacking their voter/election fraud machine. I’ve read a Commiecrat platform recently stated they not only want to defund Israel but cease any and all armaments and arms sales to Israel.
