Beware the latest “fake name deception” scheme increasingly being used by Muslim applicants, trying to pass themselves off as non-Muslim. As they say, if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck…When in doubt, do enhanced screening with facial recognition technology. Still in doubt? Better to err on the side of caution…don’t hire!


If I were an employer doing interviews I would have a Koran on my desk, and a Bible and other Christians books stacked on top of it. And watch their eyes…..even if they don’t say anything their eyes will reveal,their outrage.
Or accidentally knock a stack of books off my desk, one of which is a Koran so it’s knocked to the floor…..
Or knock over my coffee onto a Koran on my desk….
Or possibly do something similar with the name of Allah in Arabic, somehow “disrespect” it in front of a Moslem,
In other words, DO something so outrageous in the isoamic world, so disrespectful to the Koran , Allah or Muhammed, somthat even if they could control,themselves and nit say anything,the look in their eyes , or their eyes returning to this obvious item of a outrageous “disrespect” woukd give them away. Especially the really devout ones and converts that cause the most problems.
And once I knew they were Moslem, then I would just continue the interview, maybe even be encouraging….then never call them back and mark their application worh some kind of private code so I knew they were Muslim.
Also, can’t you ask for a next of kin?. And if that was a Moslem sounding name that would give it away too. Spouse and children’s names would if they were on an application. So would organizations they belonged to to, or extra curricular activities and clubs possibly.
And in this example I noticed that along with this name change, they omitted some of the Arabic named schools, I would require a complete list of schools, every one back to more school with no dates missing. Make them write that in on the spot if you see any dates/ times that aren’t accounted for.
There are lots of ways to out a Moslem , if you are careful and determined to never hire a Moslem.
I’d be careful,saying that I had this policy too , just in case some over zealous liberal,employee decided to collect evidence and close down my business because I was a “racist” or Islamophobe.
If my business were large enough and I had the money for legal fights against Moslem lawsuits, I would definately have my legal department draw up some kind of contract so if a female dressing western ( maybe a convert) got past my interview vetting , so that if they dressed in Moslem clothing, or refused to handle pork or alcohol, that it was legal and binding so that violation of this contract ment immediate termination with no grounds for appeal suit , and that by signing this contract they a knowledged this and agreed to it. And if they violated this and did sue then we could counter sue for breech of contract …kind of like the non disclosure or gag contracts you are sometimes required to sign.
Altho this doesn’t stop,them, there was case where the job was driving an 18 wheeler, where the potential employee that was interviewed was a moslsm…….he knew he would be transporting pork and alcohol he agreed to this , then when he was hired refused and when he was fired, he sued and won!
There are ways to protect yourself , if you have the money for legal fights. But best to just never hire a Moslem, especially if you are a small business .
Just assume all Moslem are liars .
A few years ago a young girl came in for job at the BBC Switchboard, in London, answering the phones, she took the interview wearing normal western clothes, she got the job but when she turned up on Monday morning she was wearing a full head to toe black garbage bag with only her eyes showing and she was asked why she didnt wear this to the interview, where many men were present, she said she probably wouldnt get the job and anyway she is anonymous on the phone so why should it matter how she dresses… Of course everybody just backed off as a Law Suit was going to come next… i wonder if she is still working there today.
They are playing us all for bloody fools.
Another reason why it’s important to check their social media. If the name doesn’t appear, or the name is with a different face, the name is likely fake.
If you’re not sure if the name is Muslim (most are pretty obvious), just Google the name and it will show if the name (first or last) has Muslim/Arabic origins.
If you can’t tell by their name but you think they are Muslim in Western clothes, check their social media and friends’ names. If they won’t provide any social media accounts (which employers are allowed to request), don’t hire them. When in doubt, DON’T HIRE.
But but but… muzscums have so many valuable qualifications:
Terrorist training with guns, bombs, knives, rocks and their new weapon, cars
Breeding experience: popping out future terrorists like cannonballs
Sex education: plenty of that with baby girls, underage boys, dogs, sheep, goats and camels.
Can-do attitude: lying, cheating and scheming to get what they want.
What’s not for an employer to like? They’re all just RACIST!
they will employ every trick in the book of theirs, the get rich quick scam always pays top dollar , 100% effective .
Seems they don’t want to become a part of our country…but demand everything their way or else…not very friendly in our work places..not a team member..
So they’re lying on their applications. Then they’ll sue when they get fired for lying on their applications.
This is the reason why you have people come in to apply. No online applications. You can’t determine what a person is like unless you can see their eyes or watch how they act in person.
Aren’t Muslims allowed to be fired from a job for using a fake name on a job application? After all, a person is going to have only one legal name and someone who lies on a job application; isn’t that justification for ” letting go”? On a government form, as for welfare, food stamps, health coverage, social security; name lying or any type of basic lying constitutes a misdemeanor.
