Allan, before China thinks about invading Australia, they will invade Taiwan, which they have always claimed is theirs. We have a treaty with Taiwan guaranteeing we will defend it if China attacks. If Biden lives up to the treaty, he probably will help Australia. If not, you’re on your own.
If Biden refuses to help you, I think Israel will.
BNI, thank you for your insight. I am aware about Taiwan. But Jinping might choose to invade Australia first and discourage USA coming to help us.
On the other hand, if U.S. backs us, Jinping may invade Taiwan at the same time as attacking us.
