Not if you get your news from the mainstream media. In March of this year, a wave of terror attacks swept through Israel when Palestinian terrorists killed 11 innocent Israelis within a few days. Sergeant Amir Khoury, 32, an Arab Christian policeman died while confronting a Palestinian terrorist engaged in a deadly shooting spree in the predominantly ultra-Orthodox Jewish town of Bnei Brak.
Haaretz Thousands of Israelis turned out for Khoury’s funeral to honor him and his legacy. Public admiration for Khoury’s bravery in particular intensified among Israelis after his partner’s body camera footage of the incident was released, dramatizing how quickly he and his partner rushed toward the gunshots and fired at the attacker. On the video, his partner can be heard crying “Khoury, watch out!” before gunshots begin ringing out.
According to his family, Falah wanted to join the Border Police in order to serve in the same unit other members of his family had served in before him. His uncle, Louis Falah said that his nephew “felt he belonged to the Border Police family and was proud of his service,” calling the death “a very painful tragedy.”
Yet the UN and Muslim members of the U.S. Congress introduced a resolution that alleges Israel is an “apartheid state,” comparing it to South Africa. Olga Mesh, herself a South African, whose family experienced apartheid at its worst, settles the question once and for all.
In July of this year, the Saudi magazine Al Majalla, published in London, ran a cover story unusual in the Arab world – for its positive reporting about Arab Israelis who proudly serve in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces).
Israeli citizens are required to do 2 years of mandatory service in the IDF, however, Arab Muslim and Arab Christian citizens are not. Yet every year, hundreds of Israeli Arab Muslims and Christians volunteer to join the IDF. As one of them said, “When rockets are launched into Israel from Gaza or Lebanon, they don’t distinguish Muslims or Christians from Jews.”
The article describes how a battalion of combat troops assembles early one morning in the Negev Desert. “And yet, these are not regular soldiers, but Arabs who chose to volunteer to fight and even sacrifice their lives to defend the state of Israel,” the piece tells readers.
Here’s a cover story I bet you’d never expect to see in an Arab magazine, let alone a Saudi one

That Israel is an apartheid state is a blatant lie founded on racism and hatred. I was at Tel Aviv University for a month and saw Jewish and Arab and probably people of many other races and creeds all intermingling. This is a pathetic attempt to lander Israel.
There are many Christian Arabs like this hero who flee their homelands because they are persecuted there. If you want to know where the real apartheid states are, just look to muslime-dominant countries.

Do any Christians or Jewish people live in the Palestinian controlled areas? I doubt it. They would be dead.

And yet – the lie about the ‘evil’ state of Israel goes on and on. At some point when dealing with someone holding with this belief that Israel is an evil nation and must be ended, I stop assuming the person is misguided and is a willing evil person. And, outside of being required, I want nothing to do with them.
