The article was well hidden in one of the country’s msm. They highly stress that there was a previous brawl between the group run over and the assailant (a Syrian asylum seeker) and latter was under influence of alcohol, ruling out a sudden jihad syndrome.
Interestingly, the nightclub however denied any previous engagement between the victims and the perpetrator. This tells everything about the credibility of German msm and why citizens have to retreat to foreign media outlets for true and objective reporting.

Her current coalition partner SPD now backs off from the hard stance against a renewal of such slice by slice since Merkel is offering them any concession they like, no matter how bad they are for the country’s future.
