Some 800 donkeys were shot by the Iranian regime in an attempt to hinder the fuel trade between residents of Baluchestan and Pakistan, an event that also took place in December 2021.
On February 18, 2023, several videos depicting the remains of donkeys which were slaughtered by the Iranian regime on February 14 were posted on Twitter. According to a Tweet by Mohsen Berkhaneh, the Iranian regime killed the donkeys under the false pretext that they were used to smuggle drugs into Baluchestan.
But wait, there’s more: Iranian security forces have killed hundreds of horses belonging to Kurdish people, claiming that the animals were used for illegal trade on the border areas by the Kurdish porters.
Meanwhile, a Kurdish lawyer in Urmia, Osman Muzayan criticized the Iranian police, saying that they have no evidence to prove the animals were used for illegal transportation. “Even if the horses were used for illegal business, the police should seize the animals and charge their owner, and not shoot them to death,” Muzayan said.

I love donkeys so much, I could not read this. I’ll never forget a post of yours from some years back. It was a video of the cretin bastards pushing a terrified donkey off a cliff. Of everything detestable I’ve learned about these people, their cruelty is the worst part of it. Damn these heartless creatures to hell.
