Remembering my own experience with sororities in college, you would visit several and choose which one or ones you would like to pledge. Then the sorority sisters would vote on whether they wanted you. Can’t remember if it was a committee or the entire sorority that voted yes or no on prospective members but alumni were not involved in the voting. They did recommend “legacy” applicants who were the daughters or nieces or granddaughters of former members. In any case, it was some or all of the current members who would vote to let the tranny freak in or not.
That said, it was the Kappa Kappa Gamma national organization, I believe, that did support admittance of trannies.

I seriously doubt whether this was ‘allowed’ to be a local vote, by the individual members in that house. It will have come down, (policies and mandatory requirements) engraved on tablets, from the national level, and that ‘will’ have been decided primarily by alumni (or at least the pre-selected, activist ones and the bureaucracy, guaranteed to be all activists – you don’t need me to tell you how ‘the system’ works, unfortunately, with only the extremists ever bothering, whist normals have better things to do – it’s why everything from school-baords to vote -counting is exclusively run by the corrupt). Maybe the local was allowed a choice (comply or else) or maybe it was assumed they’d be getting some (imaginary) petite soy-boy (to be the indoctrinated fashionable womans dream – a gay-friend).
But, I seriously doubt whether any of those young women were ever allowed to decide whether the freak would be in ‘their’ rooms (let alone changing-rooms and showers ‘with’ them). No, the demand and enforcement of ‘that’ obscenity will have been made only and entirely by … women safe and secure anywhere but anywhere near it.
You’re right. It had to be approved by the national organization leaders. I still don’t know if the sorority sisters voted it down and national forced them to reverse their decision or the sisters voted in favor and the national just approved it.
